Last weekend four of our students went to the IBJJf Worlds in California and all four came back with multiple victories! Two even made it to the quarter finals and just fell short of a podium spot. Its amazing watching you all train hard and becoming world class competitors! Next is the Sau in July! Lets get out there and do what we do best!

We had a great time at the Womens self defense seminar today! We collected quite a bit of food for the West Island Mission as well! Always nice to share Jiu Jitsu and help out with the West Island community. Check out our womens class every saturday from 4:30 until 6pm!
