Stick Combat is a single-handed and double-handed impact weapon training.

In this Combat training program, you will develop a strong foundation as a fighter, as well as all the necessary skills to be efficient and effective with your impact weapon.

New Stick Fighting Schedule : training session will take place on SAT at 12 noon right after Boxing session. Price is 50$ a month.
