Prinyers Cove Marina Hi! We are a marina in a safe harbour for our seasonal members, visitors and transient boaters & anglers. We are surf and turf in the County!

We are also a 2.5 acre getaway in Prince Edward County, with accommodations in the house and on the grounds.

Spread the word…..We are hiring….
We’re looking for a Marina assistant for the summer. This is a great opportunity to acquire the kind of hands-on practical experience that will serve you for a lifetime.

The Marina Assistant will work directly alongside the owner-operator of Prinyers Cove Marina, receiving hands-on training in marina operations, guest services, dock management, and grounds maintenance in a safe and supportive learning environment.

Must be 15-30 years old
Must enjoy getting their hands dirty
Possible live/work arrangement
$20/hr @ 360 hours over the summer

Duties include:

- Greeting and assisting seasonal boaters and marina guests with arrival, departure, power requirements and services
- Learning and assisting with the Dockwa Marina Management System. Registering guests and processing payments.
- Social Media posts promoting the marina and community across marine and boating communities
- Follow up messaging and marketing to clients and prospects
- W**d control
- Dock & Mooring ball inspections
- Light dock maintenance & repair
- Groundskeeping and general property upkeep
- Garbage, recycling, and waste management
- Cleaning and maintaining washrooms and clubhouse facilities
- Coffee station setup and daily upkeep
- Weekly refrigerator cleaning and sanitation
- Self-serve ice cream bar stocking and inventory monitoring
- Supporting daily marina operations under direct supervision of the owner
