Come and join us every Sunday for a great cardio work 11am-1pm for only $10.
Stay in shape and have fun doing Hapkido it’s a martial art.
We also do self defence, kicking, punching, shadow boxing, take downs, joint manipulation and target drills.

Hapkido is a Korean martial art which focuses on defence rather than offence and is designed to neutralize an opponent through a range of techniques. Hapkido is not as widely practiced in the west but those who practice are also attempting to develop themselves as individuals as well as calming and clarifying the spirit.
