My name is Carlos Newton; I'm the Owner and Chief Instructor at Newton Mixed Martial Arts and Fitness. Over the years I've learnt anyone can learn Martial Arts regardless of age or gender, all you need is a desire to improve yourself and there are really no limitations on achieving your goals. Whether your personal goals are to: pick up a new sport, learn to defend yourself, lose weight, gain flex

ibility, build strength and endurance, build self-confidence and self-discipline. At Newton Mixed Martial Arts and Fitness our friendly staff will make you feel comfortable and welcome. Individual learning differences are addressed with encouragement in a positive atmosphere with an emphasis always on sportsmanship. All age groups, genders, skill levels, and fitness levels are welcome. Newton Mixed Martial Arts has the highest standards of excellence and you can expect the highest quality martial arts instruction available anywhere in the country.
