Christmas comes early for our blended family, so we'll be taking the next week off to celebrate!

🥫 It's food drive time! 🥫

The tree is officially up at Paddle Zone, so that means our 2022 Holiday Food Drive has begun!

The gym is open Monday-Friday from 10am-2pm for visitors to drop off non-perishable food items, and members can drop off at any gym visit before January 1st. Visit us at 1050 Brock Road, Unit 20/21.

All donations will be taken to St. Paul's on-the-Hill after the New Year ✌🎄🎅

Gone are the days of packing a lecture hall with University students; this year we are going across Canada and making it VIRTUAL!
