Huge shoutout to our incredible CrossFit Pickering athletes who crushed it at Hyrox this weekend! From Laura and Stef stepping up to the Pro division with heavier weights (1:20:57) to Jeff and Kate setting a new PR of 1:28:00. A special nod to Robert, who powered through back and rib injuries from a recent training incident to finish his very first Hyrox in 1:33:00, and Sean, who shaved 3 minutes off his previous time for a stellar 1:13:23 finish. To top it off, Bryan and Paul threw down a blazing 1:06:05, placing 8th out of 196 teams! We couldn't be prouder of the heart, grit, and athletic talent in our community.
