We specialize in riding lessons for all ages as well as camps and horse shows. Pickering Horse Centre is Durham region's premier equestrian facility, conveniently bordering Pickering, Ajax & Claremont. Our facility has six large outdoor riding rings, an indoor heated riding arena and an air conditioned/heated club room. We have a wide range of experienced horses that participate in our lesson program year round and are suitable for all levels of riders.

Exciting news for our Hunter Derby Challenge Series competitors! 🎉

We’ve made some changes to help make our shows more affordable and accessible for everyone. For the 2026 season, our Hunter Derby Challenge Series competitions will be sanctioned by Ontario Equestrian (OE) rather than EC, allowing us to significantly reduce entry costs while still providing a fun, competitive, and rewarding experience.

Competitors will now only require an OE membership to participate, making it easier than ever to join us in the derby ring. Whether you’re bringing along a young horse, tackling your first derby, or simply looking for a great day of competition without the high costs, this series is designed with you in mind.

We’re committed to creating quality opportunities for riders of all levels while keeping the sport as accessible as possible. We can’t wait to welcome both returning and new competitors to the Hunter Derby Challenge Series this season!

A huge thank you to the entire Trilogy team who worked so hard behind the scenes to make this event such a success. From the organizers, officials, and staff, your dedication and effort helped create a wonderful experience for all involved.

Thank you as well to all of the competitors who joined us and made the day so enjoyable. It was great to see so many horse-and-rider partnerships out competing, learning, and having fun.
