• 3 weeks of unlimited kickboxing classes

RULES
• Attend classes at least 3 times per week
• Check-in on our private accountability Facebook group using after each class
• Post your grocery purchase once a week in the accountability group
• Must attend the weigh-in and weigh-out
• Choose one category to compete in:
Lose weight (lbs) OR
Lose body fat %

HOW TO WIN
Must complete all requirements as laid out in the rules and contract.
In each category, a Male and Female Challenger will be selected:
1. Most pounds lost
