Most people have no idea how much stiffness and pain they could get rid of with the right technique on a foam roller.

In this clip I show you the most common mistake people make, and in the full video I walk you through exactly how to fix it.

If you're dealing with stiffness, soreness, or just want to move better — this is worth watching.

Most people focus on stretching their muscles but completely ignore their spine.

Your spine is meant to move — bend, rotate, and extend. But long hours sitting at desks, driving, and looking at screens slowly take that movement away. When the spine stops moving well, the body starts compensating. That’s when you begin to feel stiffness in the back, tight shoulders, and even neck pain.

Spending a few minutes working on spinal mobility with simple tools like a foam roller or lacrosse ball can help restore movement and take pressure off the surrounding muscles.

It doesn’t require a gym or a long workout — just a small space on the floor and a few minutes of focused work.

If you want to learn simple ways to improve how your neck and shoulders move, I’ll be covering drills like this in the Neck & Shoulders Mobility Seminar on April 22.

A lot of people think they need a gym, special equipment, or a big dedicated space to work on their mobility.

You really don’t.

A small patch of floor in your living room and a foam roller is more than enough to start improving how your body feels and moves. Tight hips, stiff backs, and sore shoulders often come from hours of sitting, driving, or being on screens — and a few minutes of mobility work at home can make a noticeable difference.

The key isn’t having the perfect setup. It’s using the space you already have and taking a few minutes to give your body some attention.

If improving how your body moves is something you’ve been thinking about, my Neck & Shoulders Mobility Seminar on April 22 will walk through simple tools and drills you can use both in the gym and at home.

APRIL MOBILITY SEMINAR – NECK & SHOULDERS

If you deal with neck stiffness, tight shoulders, or tension from work, or leisure activities, this next seminar is for you.

On April 22, I’ll be running the next Built to Last Mobility Seminar, focused specifically on helping you move better, reduce stiffness, and improve shoulder and neck mobility.

Just like the last seminar, we’ll go through a simple process:

• Quick mobility tests to see where your body is restricted
• Learn practical mobility drills using foam rollers, lacrosse balls, and bands
• Understand why certain areas get tight and what to do about it
• Re-test at the end so you can feel the difference immediately

This isn’t physio or injury rehab.

It’s about being proactive with your body so small issues don’t turn into bigger problems later.

If you’ve ever woken up with a stiff neck, tight shoulders, or felt like your posture and range of motion aren’t what they used to be — this seminar will give you tools you can actually use.

The last seminar sold well and spots are limited again.

Most back and hip pain doesn’t start with an injury.
It starts with stiffness that slowly gets worse.

If you’re waking up tight, feeling sore getting out of the car, or needing time just to “loosen up,” this workshop is for you.

This is a hands-on Back & Hips Mobility Workshop focused on reducing stiffness, restoring movement, and giving you simple tools you can actually use.

📅 Wednesday, Feb 18 | 7:45–9:00 PM
$30 | Limited spots

Back and hip stiffness are two of the most common movement problems I see—across all ages.

That’s why I put together a Back & Hips Mobility Workshop focused on restoring movement, reducing pain, and giving people tools they can keep using long after the session ends.

If moving freely matters to you, link is in the comments!

Most people don’t have an “injury.”
They have stiff joints, irritated tissue, and bodies that have adapted poorly to sitting, driving, and repetitive training.

That’s what this seminar is about.

In this in-person mobility workshop, I’ll walk you through:

Why back, hip, and shoulder stiffness keeps showing up

How to reduce pain and restriction without physio or guesswork

Simple mobility tools you can actually use at home

This is the same framework I use with athletes and adults who want to move better and stay active long-term.

If you wake up stiff, feel tight after sitting, or feel “fine once you warm up” — this is for you.
