There’s a little more to me than Pilates…I promise 🤣

With some new faces around here, I thought it was time for a little glimpse beyond the Pilates.

Dog mom, former gymnast, sunshine + water lover, book reader, slightly woo-woo intuition follower, spontaneous traveller, fiancée (with zero wedding plans 😂) and owner of approximately 50 open brain tabs at all times.

My path to Well with Mel definitely wasn’t linear, but somehow all the twists and turns led me here; helping people move, feel stronger and feel good in their bodies. And I absolutely LOVE what I do!!

Whether you’re here for Pilates, a little wellness, or the occasional Harvey appearance, I’m so happy you’re here 🤍

A vision I’ve had for a while is finally becoming real…

I’ve been working away behind the scenes on a little dream of mine, and I’m finally ready to start sharing a peek at what’s to come.

My new Reformer Pilates studio is taking shape just minutes from Peterborough, tucked away in a peaceful country setting!

I really want this space to feel different. Small, intimate and intentional. Classes will have limited spaces so I can keep things personal, provide lots of individual attention, and offer the kind of experience I would want for myself.

Quality over quantity. Thoughtfully created. And the very best experience I can offer.

There’s still lots happening behind the scenes, but I couldn’t wait any longer to share.

Millbrook Mat Pilates — NEW SERIES STARTS NEXT WEEK✨

My upcoming Bridgenorth series is officially FULLY BOOKED 🥹🤍 and I’d love to fill our Millbrook crew next!

Our next 6-week Mat Pilates series starts Tuesday, September 8 at 5PM in Millbrook at the CMCC - Studio Room (such a beautiful space!!).

Classes are welcoming and beginner-friendly, with lots of options throughout — no Pilates experience needed. Just bring your mat and come move with us!
