When you feel like all of your hard work and effort isn't producing results, it's easy to become frustrated or question whether you're on the right path. But often, the effort you're putting in is building a strong and unshakable foundation that isn't visible yet.

Whether it's in you're training, relationships, business, or life, keep showing up. Stay disciplined. Stay patient. Trust the process.

Huge day for the Kawartha Combat kids at the Ontario Open.

🥇🥈🥉

More important than the medals… they showed what a real team looks like! From warming up to every match, they were in each other’s corners, cheering, supporting, and lifting one another up.

Proud of the effort, the courage, and the way they represented our gym. This is what it’s all about!

Looking forward to getting back on the mats and working on improving for the next 🥋🏆🔥

Last night we had 3 athletes put on incredible performances at The Venue in K1 Kickboxing matches! Thanks to World Championship Martial Arts for putting together a great event and giving our local athletes a platform to perform at home in front of their friends and families!

Cassie Gauthier was our first athlete jumping in the ring for her first ever fight! Her and her opponent traded punches and kicks putting an incredible pace on for three straight rounds. Cassies opponent took the victory in a hard fought battle!

Nolan Fleming was up right after Cassie. Nolan came out focused and paced himself, tracked his opponent down, cutting off the ring, and used his clinch skills to secure a 2nd round victory!

Tristan Joss was the main event for the first time ever in his 4th fight. He took on a very tough, game, experienced and talented fighter. Tristan showcased many new skills, incredible timing, pressure, clinch and growth since his last fight in December. Tristan secured the unanimous decision victory! Keep up the amazing work Tristan, the sky is the limit ⬆️☝️🥊
