We’re getting so excited for September. It feels like NYE when we head back to the studio, back to Trent, back to school for a lot of our students, and back to healthy routines… because summer can get…reckless 😎

September’s schedule is up!
We hope you’ll be joining us starting on the 8th!!! If you’ve been off the pole for a while, you’re not alone. We’ll all be getting our conditioning, cardio and flexibility back together, so feel free to level down or hit up some gentle pole classes until you get back into the feel.

It’s the last week of summer, so go outside and have some fun, catch some rays, dive in that pool and get on the paddle ...

This class is your opportunity to work on anything you like: come practise your newest spins, holds, or choreography

For our newer students, it’s also a great opportunity to get some practise in different Pleasers at our studio!!
