Today we reviewed the tripod sweep, an excellent counter to someone standing up in your closed guard.

Hi everyone!

Classes are as usual this Saturday for all of our programs.

As of April 4th, all class times remain the same but we will be located temporarily at DDH in the fieldhouse.

We should be back in the AFC for mid May, pending the completion of renovations in the AFC.
