This month, we’re bringing back Core + Restore, plus welcoming two new series: Prenatal Yoga (starts Sept. 13) and Beginner’s Yoga (starts Sept. 15). And, of course, many of your favourite classes are back on the schedule!

New to yoga or returning after a break? This series is designed to help you build a strong foundation in a relaxed, supportive environment. 🤍

One of the most special things about owning this little studio is getting to witness so much more than what happens during class.

We get to see the birthdays celebrated, the milestones reached, the friendships being made. We see the advice shared, the laughter, the tears, and the moments when someone simply needs a little extra support.

We get to see how welcoming everyone is when someone new walks through the door. How you cheer each other on. How you ask about one another’s day. How, when someone has been away, you notice and ask how they’re doing.

We get to witness how much you come to care about someone who was once a stranger — someone who just happened to put their mat next to yours.

This week, we wanted to be especially intentional about being present and taking it all in. And it was such a beautiful reminder of what makes this place so special.

Yes, we get to watch you build strength, work toward your fitness goals, and become stronger versions of yourselves.

But we also get to witness all of the magical moments in between.

The connection. The kindness. The laughter. The friendships. The little moments that may seem ordinary, but are actually what make this feel like so much more than a studio.

We feel incredibly lucky to get to witness it all. 🤍
