I had a awesome walk this morning at 9:30am till 11:00am, with Tammy and Diana. We covered the outer part of Perth. Great weather to kick up a sweat and "Plant that pole, Push and, Propel.

Hello there. I want to say a Thank You to everyone for joining me on my

new fitness adventure with Nordic Waking. I hope you have enjoyed it so
far, ie the instruction, cardio workout, and a feeling of an all over body
workout! So thank you for being so enthusiastic about going in the Santa
Claus Parade. We are registered ;) It's Dec. 6th at 5 pm. I will give you
details as to where we meet up that night. My wish list. In a six week
session I would like to increase the pace but still concentrating on our
skill. Add some hills, and maybe join up at my home at Bass Lake to do some
of the cottage roads. They are scenic and can be challenging. My future
sessions that I would like to add and teach in the new year is snowshoe/
poling and continue with more Nordic Walking session if I have interest. A
group cross country ski once a week at a good location would be great and
and fun. It will keep us in touch and enjoy another winter fitness. Cheers
