Our Sunday morning Zumba class at Tay Valley Train N' Transform will be cancelled for the month of August.
So make sure you get there this morning!!! 11am!!!

And Monday night at the Perth Pool will be the last class until the fall....so don't miss that one either!! Get your Zumba fix before we take a short break!!! 7-8pm

I'm developing a FAMILY ZUMBA class (for parents AND kids to dance together) and looking for suggestions from my Zumba regulars!!! Would you be interested in getting exercise as a family? What days/times work best for families?
I've done Kids Zumba in the past and it was super fun - the music and dances are totally kid friendly and I know Moms would love it because I loved dancing to the songs too! :D
Any suggestions?

It's Bringing Back the Oldies Week!!!
Some much loved songs that we haven't done in a while are in store for us this week!
Sunday morning at 11am at Tay River Train N' Transform (free for gym members or purchase a day pass) and Monday night from 7-8pm at the Perth Pool ($5). Come join us for some great music, fun dancing and lots of laughs...and AIR CONDITIONING! :D

ZUMBA NEWS!!!! There will be NO class this coming Sunday at Tay River Train N' Transform due to my being MARRIED the night before!!! Yay me!!! :D
Also, there WILL be class as usual at the Perth Pool on Monday night (a girl can't take too much time off!!!) from 7-8pm and they just informed me that our room there has AIR CONDITIONING!!!!
Yay us!!!! :D
