Course Maintenance Schedule

Due to course maintenance next week, Blue Heron Golf Club will close early at 6:00 PM on August 24, 25, and 26, instead of our regular 7:00 PM closing time.

Our regular schedule will resume on Thursday, August 27.

The recent wet weather has brought a variety of wildlife onto the course, making every round a unique experience. Keep an eye out for the different species you may encounter as you play.

Due to the heavy rain over the past two days, the course is very wet. As a result, power cart rentals are not available today ( Aug 4th )and tomorrow( Aug 5th). Pull cart rentals are available at the clubhouse.

Support 2026 Golf Fore the Cure Tournament
For the past two years, Blue Heron Golf Club has been proud to host our Golf Fore the Cure Tournament, raising $10,614 for the Canadian Cancer Society.
We are incredibly grateful to all of the local businesses, organizations, and individuals who generously donated to our silent auctions and supported this event. Your kindness and generosity made our tournament a great success and helped make a meaningful difference in the fight against cancer.
We are excited to announce that our 2026 Golf Fore the Cure Tournament will be held on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at Blue Heron Golf Club.
We are inviting local businesses and community members to support this year's event by:
● Donating an item or service for our Silent Auction
● Becoming a Hole Sponsor for $100 per hole
All proceeds will be 100% donated to the Canadian Cancer Society.
Blue Heron Golf Club welcomes everyone to join us in supporting this meaningful cause. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those affected by cancer. Every donation, big or small, helps bring hope and supports vital cancer research and patient services.

Unfortunately, it's another rainy day, so we have decided to cancel tonight's Ladies Night (July 9).

Summer is here, and we have been so grateful to welcome many families and friends to Blue Heron over the past few weeks. Every event has been special, but the Marnie Masters Golf Tournament truly touched our hearts.

For the past five years, Marnie's family and friends have gathered each summer to celebrate her life. Watching everyone come together to share stories, laughter, and memories is incredibly inspiring. It is a beautiful reminder that the people we love never truly leave us as long as they continue to live in our hearts and in the stories we share.

There is something very meaningful about setting aside one day each year to reconnect, remember the special moments, and celebrate a life that continues to bring family and friends together. We feel honoured that Blue Heron can be a small part of this wonderful tradition.

Thank you to the Burton family and everyone who participated in this year's Marnie Masters. We look forward to welcoming you back next year and continuing this beautiful celebration of love, friendship, and lasting memories. ❤️⛳
