This 90 minute workshop will give you the skill set and tools to allow deeper stretching in your regular classes, as well as take home props and material so you can do independent stretching in a safe and effective manner when you need it most.
We will use foam rollers and massage balls to build your knowledge and skill set around effective ways to release and relax your fatigued, tight, and sore muscles to get you feeling fantastic from your feet to your head.
As we dig deeper into our muscles and learning, we will roll and stretch the entire body and mind as you will learn several modifications and variations for each exercise, allowing you to customize your approach and get the most out of your future rolling movements.
As an added bonus you will get to take your massage ball home, along with cue cards for physiotherapist-approved daily exercises to target specific zones so you can live each day with a body that feels it’s best.
