Beginners bootcamp covers all the fundamental movements of Parkour: Learning to move under, over, and through obstacles to hone the body
's capacities for movement and physical attributes including
* Strength * Speed * Agility * Power * Balance * Physical Problem Solving * Flexibility * Overcoming Fear and * Spacial Awareness. Basics bootcamp is suitable for all ages and skill levels, from those just starting out to the more advanced who may want to hone some of the more basic techniques. Workouts consist of strength and core training, cardio fitness, power, agility, balance, endurance, and speed enhancing drills. We at EPK Parkour and Fitness are dedicated to the issues of SAFETY and RESPECT. We strive to maintain a safe training environment, for us and for those around us and pride ourselves in leaving our training grounds clean and in better shape then before we got there.
