“It’s not about having time, it’s about making time.”

Here is the thing waiting to ‘have’ time is a bit of a mistake because you could be waiting forever.

If you truly want something, whether that is to focus on your relationships, health, or simply time to read that book you have wanted to start forever, you need to MAKE the time for it. Don’t let life pass you by.

Let’s put in an example 👇🏻

If I say “I don’t have time to go to the gym,” I am conceding control of my life and my time to something, and there is nothing I can do to change it. It is immutable.

However, if I instead say “I don’t make time to go to the gym,” I am admitting that I am making a choice to put other things before the gym.

At the end of the day it’s the choice YOU gotta make to put in the work 💪🏼

Hello everyone! I’m super excited to announce I have officially landed a part time job working at 😁 I’m excited to start this journey, gain some more knowledge, teach classes in the near future and soon start training clients. Keep following along for updates 😁

HAPPY SUNDAY!!
Little motivation for a Sunday morning workout 🤩🏋🏻‍♀️
Started with a warm up to get my body moving, then got into it with a chest & bicep workout.
3 x 10 incline push up
3 x 10 dumbbell push up
3 x 10 tricep extension
3 x 10 incline fly
Finished with 30 minutes of cardio
Drink your water 💦 move your body and let’s have an amazing Sunday funday!!

Ughh I don’t know what to pack for lunch ???!!

Here is my quick and easy lunch I packed - PROTEIN BAR, the brand Gr***de is my go to! Extra protein that taste like a treat 🤤 Ceaser salad - Romaine lettuce, 2 slices of Turkey bacon (less fat & taste like real bacon) Ceaser dressing, and duh croutons too!! More veggies and hummus, along with grapes!

Hello and welcome to ButterflyFitness & Health !! I have successfully passed my Personal Training course - I have always been interested in fitness, but it wasn't until recently I started understanding the importance of a healthier me with help from a close friend. Over the past year and a bit I have really learned more about fitness and health. I'm excited to share along what has helped me and what I hope to help all my future clients with. At this time I will not be available to take on clients, but I will be in the future! If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to me. For now I will be available to share workouts, easy meal ideas and just how to incorporate a healthier you into your busy life. Here at ButterflyFitness & Health I will be focusing on your fitness, health, transformation (big or small), meal planning, and the "rebirth" to a new you. We don't have to change our lifestyle to start a new fitness journey, you just have to put your mind to it and that is why I'm here to help you with that! I truly can't wait to start this new journey with family, friends, and new faces :)
