Good Evening Facebook'ers! I have some sweet things coming your way soon! In the mean time though, here is a great workout for you to smash out tonight!

-100 Jumping Jacks
-25 leg lifts
-30 crunches
-20 Squats
-20 pushups (wall or normal)
-50 Russian Twists
-20 Seconds plank
-10 Second Split Jumps
-5 Jump squats
-40 High Knees

try and complete 1 or more round and give this a like once you're finished! :)

-Pantothenic acid: 6% of the RDI.

I LOVE spaghetti squash, and last night i made it with a tomato/meat sauce baked in the oven with cheese. If you have never cooked spaghetti squash before - I cut the squash in half length ways and fork out all the seeds. Then I wrap each half in tin foil, and I put them in the over at 400f for 45 minutes. Once they are done (should be soft) I grab a fork and pull out all the (spaghetti). Sometimes I just eat it with butter and cheese, sometimes I just add a sauce, and last night I made it into a spaghetti and meat sauce. So many delicious ways to make it!

Good morning! I have a sweet workout for you to try today! An all body HIIT circuit. Make sure you cool down and stretch afterwards.

Each exercise is 1 minute and the rest in-between exercises is 10-15 seconds. Take a minute rest after each circuit round and repeat the circuit three (3) times.

CIRCUIT

-Mountain Climbers
-Squats
-Double Crunches
-Burpees
-Left Lunge Kick
-Right Lunge Kick
-Russian Twist
-Jumping Jacks
-Plank
-Leg Lifts
