Elevate Youth Wellness Centre Elevate is a youth (Aged 11-17) fitness and wellness centre
in Pembroke, Ontario. FREE to all youth!

ELEVATE: MIND/BODY/HEALTH, was a business concept developed by Krista Johnson as she believed that good health was a combination of physical activity, good nutrition and positive mental health. The Krista Johnson Memorial Fund was set up upon her passing and is continually funded by the annual Krista Johnson Memorial RUN for CHANGE. With these funds we are continuing the Live it Up program which K

rista initiated in 2010 to empower young girls. We have begun a Healthy Cooking for teens class, Yoga, and a free drop in fitness studio for youth ages 11-17. Krista worked hard to find ways for all youth to work out or at least engage in physical activity without the barrier of cost. In this spirit, offering all activities FREE of charge, it is hoped that the Elevate Youth Wellness Centre, will fill the need of promoting physical activity and healthy living among all youth.
