We’re proud to announce that owner & head coach, Laura, will be joining the Pembroke Royals as the team’s Head Trainer for the upcoming season 🏒

Laura will be on the bench and travelling with the team, providing support for the guys. While the Royals will also be training at Valley Apex Training Grounds all season.

We’re incredibly excited to have the Royals in the gym and to be part of their journey this season! 🥅🏋🏻

This Monday, August 3rd: we’re turning our 9AM class into a fun partner competition!

The workout will have an RX or scaled option - you and your partner will choose which one you’re doing before the workout starts. The top RX team and top Scaled team will each take home a BioSteel prize pack. 🏆
