At White Pine, we believe yoga education should be accessible and inclusive. That’s why we’re offering two bursary opportunities for our upcoming Yoga Teacher Training:

✨ Financial Assistance Bursary
✨ Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Bursary

If you’ve been considering teacher training and financial barriers have been holding you back, or if you identify with an underrepresented community and would benefit from additional support, we encourage you to apply.

Applications close on July 1st.

Today, we traded our yoga mats for running shoes and joined the and what a great reminder of the power of community, movement, and encouragement.

One of the best parts of the day was experiencing the incredible sense of community. From first-time runners to seasoned participants, everyone was cheering each other on, offering encouragement, and celebrating each person’s effort and accomplishment.

Events like this are a beautiful reminder that movement isn’t just about performance, it’s about connection, resilience, and showing up for yourself and others.

At White Pine, we often talk about the connection between mindfulness and movement. Whether you’re running a race, practicing yoga, on th reformer or simply navigating the challenges of everyday life, your breath, mindset, and ability to stay present can help you move through obstacles one step at a time.

We were grateful for the opportunity to be out supporting our community, connecting with so many wonderful people, and being reminded that wellness takes many forms.

Our Beginner Reformer Series is designed to help you build confidence on the Pilates Reformer while learning the foundations of intelligent, intentional movement. Over these progressive 4-week sessions, you’ll become more comfortable with the reformer, learn proper setup and transitions, and deepen your understanding of movement patterns and body awareness.

June sessions:
• Mondays starting June 1 | 6:00–6:50 p.m.
• Tuesdays starting June 2 | 7:30–8:20 p.m.

Whether you’re brand new or looking to revisit the basics, this is a supportive place to start. Small progressions each week help you feel stronger, more confident, and more connected in your movement.

Yoga in the Park is back 🌿☀️

We’re so excited to partner with the City of Pembroke again to bring you Yoga in the Park all summer long.

Join us every Wednesday from 6–7 p.m. throughout June, July, and August for an hour of movement, fresh air, and community connection outdoors.

We will be accepting donations for the St. Joseph’s Food Bank — both monetary donations and non-perishable food items (not expired). A simple way to move your body while supporting an important need in our community.
