Friendly reminder: If you are caught wearing outdoor shoes past the front door or the boot room, congratulations, you WILL win yourself a suspension from the gym. Tracking in mud, gravel, and whatever creature was last living in the parking lot is not considered proper gym etiquette!

This should not need to be explained to grown adults, yet here we are.

Bring clean indoor shoes. Change into them before entering the gym. It’s not a difficult concept. Preschoolers grasp this daily.

Mud, gravel, salt, and mystery parking lot sludge do not belong where people are stretching, lifting, and face planting into burpees.

Respect the gym, respect the equipment, and respect the people who don’t want to be working out in dirt!

We have been noticing a trend, so we have a friendly reminder: this is a gym, not your personal storage unit.

If you used it, PUT 👏🏻 IT 👏🏻BACK 👏🏻

Plates, dumbbells, bars, attachments, spray bottles..all of it. Exactly where you found it. Not “close enough.” Not “I’ll get it later.”

Other members shouldn’t have to clean up your workout before they even start theirs. That’s not part of their warm-up! If you can lift the plates, you can also return the plates. We promise your gains won’t disappear on the walk back to the racks.

Respect the space. Respect the people in it.

Re-rack your weights and clean up after yourself. Always.
