Winter ❄ wasn't quite ready to say goodbye!

The campground opens again for camping in two weeks, and Mother Nature couldn't resist one last dusting of snow 🌨 before the season changes.

Join us on February 16 for a fun and active Family Day at Sleeping Giant Provincial Park! The Visitor Centre and Gatehouse will be open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and the skating trail will be ready with a warm fire nearby. Stop in at 1:00 PM for a live music performance at the Visitor Centre, or head out on the freshly groomed 50 km ski course, available for both skate and classic skiing. Parking will be available at Comfort Station 1 and around the skating trail. We’ll also have ice fishing gear to borrow, and holes will be drilled and ready for anyone who wants to give it a try. We hope to see you out enjoying the day! Purchase your Daily Vehicle Permit at the gatehouse upon arrival, or in advance at:
