I am excited to announce that as of June 3rd, I will be taking on clients as the new Personal trainer at Anytime Fitness! Some of the services I offer include:

Maximal Aerobic, muscular strength & Endurance assessments **using submaximal protocols**
Long & Short Term programs individually tailored to your goals & needs (Muscular strength, power & endurance; aerobic endurance, speed & agility, balance & core stability)

A little about myself, I am a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer, National Lifeguard and 4th year BASc Honours Kinesiology student at the University of Guelph-Humber. Over the last three and a half years I have gained advanced knowledge of Health & Fitness, including:

I want to bring a fresh & diverse perspective to the fitness world. As a former multi-sport athlete, I have spent a lot of my life representing my community in sports. I've competed in Rep-hockey & soccer, sprint kayaking, dragon boat racing & cross country running here in Sunny Parry Sound. Beyond our beautiful little town, I also have experience as a St.Dominic secondary school varsity athlete in track & field, hockey, basketball & soccer. From the ice to the lake and everywhere in between, my experiences in sports help me bring out the best in YOU!
