Finding Balance and Looking Ahead. 🧘‍♂️✨

This week, we are diving into the heart of Chapter 6 of the Bhagavad Gita in our Back to Basics and Vinyasa sessions. We are exploring the "middle path"—that vital balance between effort and ease that allows our inner flame to stay steady.

Important Friday Update: ⏰
We are shifting our Friday Vinyasa practice at the Gillespie House to start 15 minutes earlier! Join us from 8:45 AM – 10:00 AM to kick off your weekend with a full 75 minutes of intentional movement.

Chair Yoga News:
This Tuesday marks the final week of Session 2! We’ll be weaving together everything we’ve learned over the past month. But the journey doesn't end here—Session 3 starts next week (March 17th)! We will be diving even deeper into the Yoga Sutras and advanced breathing techniques. 🌬️

A balanced practice isn’t always comfortable, but it is honest.

Gentle work builds safety and repair.
It teaches the nervous system that it doesn’t have to brace all the time.

More challenging work builds capacity.

It shows you where you quit early, where you tighten, where your mind starts bargaining.

But when practice turns brutal, it stops being training and starts being self punishment.

And when it stays only gentle, it can become another way to avoid growth.

Yoga asks for the middle path.
Effort with breath.
Edge with care.

Strong enough to build you.
Kind enough to keep you.
