We will both be forever grateful of the journey we have had through starting, owning and operating Vera Fitness ✨ After years of new experiences, growth and excitement, it’s bittersweet to announce our closure. It is time for a new chapter as we both embark on different paths towards new goals. We are running another 6 week low impact mobility and strength class series!! Perfect for those new to the gym, want to learn more about proper lifting techniques and get set up with a starter program. Classes are every Wednesday from 1-2pm.

Class starts Wednesday January 3rd at 1pm at Black Rock Martial Arts!

MOCKTAIL MENU✨🍸

This Sunday at our birthday celebration there will be two by-donation mocktails being offered where all proceeds are going to the Haven Society.

First up, we have miss virgin pineapple mojito. Light, summery, and not too sweet. This mocktail consists of a purée of fresh pineapple, mint and lime topped with sparkling water. Light and refreshing!

Next is our girl, passion fruit Shirley temple. An elevated twist to a classic, this beverage includes a homemade passion fruit & dragon fruit purée, passion fruit juice, orange juice, topped with hibiscus sparkling water. A truly vibrant treat!
Swing by You + Me studio in Qualicum Beach this Sunday from 4-7 for a glass and a look around at our silent auction! All are welcome.

Join us Sunday, 23 July in celebrating our 3rd year in business! Located in qualicum beach from 4-7pm we will have snacks & sweets and a by donation mocktail bar along with a silent audition table filled with other local small businesses where 100% of the proceeds will be going to the Haven Society in support of women seeking shelter.
This is a public event so everyone is welcome to come by and enjoy the festivities!
