Several of our PSC coaches attended the Skate Ontario Coaches Conference this weekend and are excited to bring new ideas back to our club and skaters.

The conference featured a variety of valuable learning opportunities, including coaching insights from Carol Lane, on-ice edgework with Carolina Kostner, off-ice training and games led by Richard Sylvester, and skate fitting education from Adam Schmacher of Jackson. Coaches also explored goal setting with Dr. Judy Goss and learned how to strategically build programs with Reaghan Fortin and Paul Parkinson.

We look forward to seeing our coaches put these new skills and ideas into practice next season!
