This doubled as qualifier for World Championship coming up this fall.

Thank you to all the wonderful volunteers and sponsors and most of all congrats to our athletes!

Hey Folks!

Today we are hosting NL’s Strongest from 11am-3pm!

We were HOPING to do a good old fashioned car parking lot contest but due to our glorious Newfoundland weather we have to move inside!

Gym will be occupied from 10am-3pm

Feel free to come watch but you may need to bring a folding chair as seating is limited!
