With New Years Resolutions around the corner there’s a few things to consider asking yourself when it comes to setting yourself up for success in fitness for the long term:
- Why didn’t it stick previous years?
- Do you tend to start something new with too much at one time?
- What’s a realistic amount of times you can hit the gym a week while lowering the chance of burnout?
- What’s the reason you want to make this change?
- Is my plan something I can see myself sticking to long term?
With all this being said I see people start their journeys every year, and it’s amazing when you see someone make it stick and change their lives for the better
