This is what IGNITE is all about. 🔥

Today we showed up to support two of our own, Mike and Ryan, as they stepped on the WNBF Canada East Coast Naturals stage for the very first time.

At a young age, to commit to a goal like this and see it all the way through takes a different level of discipline. The early mornings, the hard training, the strict meals, the sacrifices, the pressure they embraced all of it.

And when it was time to perform, they showed up with confidence, class, and true sportsmanship.

This is bigger than a bodybuilding show.
This is about building people.
This is about rising to a higher standard.
This is about becoming who you say you want to be.

Mike and Ryan represented themselves, and the IGNITE family, the right way today.
We couldn’t be more proud of these boys.

We want to take a minute to welcome back someone very special to the Ignite family. ❤️

Meet Barb — Thomas’s mom.

Before stepping away, Barb was a huge part of what happened behind the scenes at Ignite. She took pride in making sure the gym was clean, looked after, and ready for our members every single day.

Then she was diagnosed with breast cancer.

The last year has been filled with treatments, appointments, tough days, and one hell of a fight — but anyone who knows Barb knows exactly how tough she is.

She kicked cancer’s ass. And now she’s BACK. ❤️

Back smiling. Back healthy. And back helping us keep Ignite at the high standard we continue to set for our members.

A clean gym matters. The little details matter. And as Ignite continues to grow, we want every person who walks through our doors to feel that we care about the environment we’re creating for them.

Barb has always taken that personally, and having her back means more than just having someone helping keep the gym spotless — it means having a huge part of the Ignite family back where she belongs.

Welcome back, Barb. ❤️
