A huge thank you to Bense-McEachren Cataract Centre for having us today!

Ignite Health & Fitness was thrilled to host a workplace wellness seminar focused on the benefits of health, fitness, and overall well-being in the workplace. We discussed how maintaining a healthy lifestyle can positively impact workplace productivity, energy levels, and mental health.

The staff also had the opportunity to complete an Evolt Body Composition Scan, providing them with a detailed breakdown of their results along with personalized macro recommendations tailored to their individual goals. To top it off, everyone received information on a variety of wellness products that can easily be incorporated into a busy workday to support their health and fitness journey.

Thank you again to the entire team for your engagement and enthusiasm—we loved being part of your wellness initiative!
