In accordance with the recommendation from the Chief Medical Officer of Health of Newfoundland and Labrador that all gyms and fitness facilities should close, all Foley's Martial Arts locations are hereby closed until further notice.

First event of the year is in the books.Very small,30 competitors or so, but very good. Double elim so a lot of sweaty exhausted Kids, O T s etc Black Belt was great. If things go well we may run the Battle and iceberg April thru June.I will be returning them to trophys as awards status.
