Class Descriptions:
Tall & Small: Parent & Child participate in a fun filled, coach lead gymnastics activity. Parents get ready to move and help their child through the activities and learning. Children develop social skills, co-ordination, strength and confidence. Ages: 2 - 3yrs
45 minute class
Kindergym: Is your 3-4yr old ready to fly solo? This is the class for them! If your child is able to
listen to direction, instruction, stay with a group, all while working on developing their skills in a fun and safe environment. Ages: 3-4yrs. 45 min. TumblKids: Children are now ready to conquer more challenges! They are able to participate in an activity packed hour of movement & fun, while learning basics, fundamentals and fitness through gymnastics. Ages: 5-6 yrs. 1hr. GymKids: Gymnasts will be engaged in activities to challenge their physical and mental strength, co-ordination, confidence and social skills in 1 ½ hour class! Ages: 7+
Advanced Gymkids: Athletes 7+ looking for a bigger challenge on all events. 2 hour class! Tweenfun: For the teen who wants to challenge their body and mind and learn some new gymnastics skills. 1.5hr class Ages: 11+1.5 hr. Jr.Warrior: An hour of climbing, jumping, swinging, strength challenges and fun movement based in gymnastics. Tumbling & Acro: Acro, tumbling, flexibility skills! No bars, beam or vault. A great way to improve your skills for dance, acro, artistic or just for fun! Jr Comp, Xc, Performance & Provincial Competitive Programs: Please speak with Pétra about being evaluated for any of the above. Programs are offered in acro/performance and artistic gymnastics. Try outs take place in late spring for the coming season.
