👋Hello everyone,
I hope you are all doing well. It's been a while.

I wanted to let you know that I am shifting my business. I will not be running fitness classes moving forward.

Thank you for participating in my fitness classes and making them so great.😊

I have been on a personal journey and it's been amazing and enlightening. Within this journey, I have become an Emotional Mastery Coach and I am teaching a program called Mastering the BrainGAME.

Those self limiting beliefs are not true. They are true because you believe them.

Limiting beliefs stop you from reaching your full potential.

You may feel…

I’m not good enough
I can’t because…
I’m not worthy of that
I will never be able to do that
I’m not smart enough.

SAYS WHO?? You do. Period.

All of these beliefs were created from past life experiences and from that experience, you created a belief about yourself.

Can you take a step back and see where they were formed?

From there, can you see that what you are believing was created from the past?

It doesn’t have to be true today, only if you believe it.

-You can have the omelette ready to go to be cooked in the morning.
-You can pre cut your vegetable
-You can even pre cook the omelette the night before and heat it up in the morning.

🥚🫑Eating well doesn’t have to be complicated. It can be SO simple, you don’t have to overthink it.

You can do hard things.
It can be hard in the beginning but when you start you will want to follow through.

What do you think about when you want to start?

➡️I’ve failed before
-Can you look back and see where you think you made your mistakes? Ask for help and get support.

➡️I have tried everything but I don’t see results soon enough.
-Weight loss takes TIME. It is also about getting your metabolism back on track. If you have tried many ways that could be the issue right now. Your metabolism may not be working right.

➡️My age is holding me back.
-No matter your age you can lose weight with the right exercises and the right foods.

Comparing yourself keeps you stuck, frustrated and feeling small.
