🏒 The Tri-Centre Jr. Attack are pleased to announce the appointment of Chris King as Head Coach of the U15B Jr. Attack for the 2026–27 season.

Chris brings a strong passion for the game and a player-focused approach centered around development, communication, and helping athletes grow both on and off the ice. We are excited to welcome Chris behind the bench and look forward to the positive impact he will have on the program this season.

Following a successful season behind the bench, Scott has become well known for his calm, positive presence and his ability to bring out the best in his players. His respectful approach and commitment to team culture continue to create an environment where players can grow, compete, and succeed together.

🚨 Evaluation Weekend Reminder – Tri-Centre Jr. Attack (2026–27 Season) 🚨

Evaluations kick off this weekend, and we’re looking forward to seeing everyone back on the ice.

A couple important reminders to help things run smoothly:

🔹 Check Your Skate Times
There have been some schedule adjustments to maximize ice availability. All registered participants should review the updated schedule to confirm their correct evaluation time.

🔹 Evaluation Registration is Required
This year, evaluation registration is separate from pre-skate registration.
➡️ If you participated in pre-skates, you are not automatically registered for evaluations.
➡️ All players must be registered for evaluations before taking the ice.

🟢 Good news — there is still time to register!
Registration remains open, and players can still sign up today prior to evaluations.

Don't trade the skates for sandals just yet! 2026-27 Pre-Skates officially kick off next Monday, April 20th, and the energy is going to be electric. This is where the work continues, the excitement builds, and the next season begins to take shape.

Owen Sound Minor Hockey is officially opening Coaching Applications for the 2026–27 season! Whether you're a seasoned pro or a hockey fan looking to get involved for the first time, we want YOU to join the team.

We are currently looking for leaders for:

⭐ Learn to Play

Think you don't have enough "pro" experience?
Don't sweat it! We don't expect you to have all the answers on Day 1. Through our Coach Development Plan, we provide:
✅ Mentorship from experienced coaches
✅ Ready-to-use practice drills
✅ Help with certifications & paperwork

🏒 THE ROAD TO 2026–27 STARTS NOW! 🏒

Tri-Centre Jr Attack families, don't put those skates away just yet! It’s time to get back on the ice! Registration is officially underway in preparation of our 2026-27 season programs.

What’s happening:
✅ Pre-Skate Registration (OPEN NOW): Reconnect with teammates and sharpen your skills in a stress-free environment. Open to returning players from Tri-Centre, Bruce Peninsula, Owen Sound, and Shallow Lake.

✅ Evaluations & Body Checking Clinics (OPENING TODAY!): Registration for A and B team evaluations and a one-time mandatory Checking Clinics (U14+) opens today, April 1st.

✅ Coaches & Volunteers: Reminder that all on-ice staff must be registered via Spordle before their first session to verify credentials and status.

The season isn’t over… it’s just rolling right into the next one. 🏒

We’re excited to get our U9 players back on the ice as we wrap up this season and start building toward 2026–27!

Our U9 Pre-Skates are now open for registration and are a great opportunity for players to:
✅ Keep the momentum going
✅ Build confidence & skills
✅ Skate with teammates and friends
✅ Get ready for evaluations (if they choose!)

These sessions are open to ALL U9 players — whether you're preparing for evaluations or just looking to get some extra ice time and have fun!
