Jiu-Jitsu Program

Gracie Brazilian Jiujitsu taught by Canadian National Certified Jiujitsu Refs; Coaches BJJ brown belt Kyle and BJJ purple belt Jacob, evening classes available in the Gi and NoGi, free trial always available and drop ins are more then welcome. (standard fee applies)

Wrestling Class

Wrestling fundamentals class taught by BJJ brown belt Kyle every Sunday evening at 630pm. With rotating Judo every 4th month. Private Lessons (Solo or Group)

Private lessons can one of the best ways to advance in the journey with more personal knowledge share by getting a recorded in-depth private lesson solo or as a small group. Technique and live training and recordings included. Small group, duo or workplace training lessons available as well. YouthBJJ Program

Monthly focused agenda, Gracie Youth Brazilian Jiujitsu. A traditional Gi program designed for self defence and modern sport BJJ, with wrestling takedowns and standup defence fundamentals. Ages 6 - 12, beginner and experienced youth always welcome and always accepting new students. Workplace Training Session

Small group workshops are available presets for self defence and/or sport Brazilian Jiujitsu with our Coach Kyle and Jacob! Have a workshop designed for your individual needs or choose one of ours. Not for Profit Community Givebacks

MMA Fundmentals
-Class is a detailed fundamental skeleton of MMA fighting & conditioning, from standup grappling, striking, and ground & pound, a perfect combination of American Kickboxing, Gracie Brazilian Jiujitsu, and Wrestling. This class is available to ages 18 & Up. (head gear, mouth guard, shin pads, mma gloves are mandatory to participate in class)
