Outdoor circuit training/entraînement en circuit
•Thursdays at 6:30pm
•Otterburn Park (behind Mountainview school)
•45 min circuit training using kettlebells/bodyweight exercises/PLYOMETRICS
•bring a towel/yoga mat and water bottle
•if you have your own KB, please schlep it! Otherwise I have about a dozen on hand varying in weight from 6kg-16kg
•$15 drop-in
