10 years for Grant the Man!

If you’ve ever been in a class with him, you’ve heard him before you’ve seen him. Loud, unapologetic, and somehow always exactly what the room needs—Grant is the life of the class in every sense. He brings energy on the days you’re dragging, chirps when things get too serious, and still finds a way to push himself (and everyone around him) to be better.

Mobility restrictions? Overhead limitations? Doesn’t matter. Grant doesn’t let anything slow him down—he adapts, adjusts, and gets the work done. Every time.
He’s part hype man, part veteran, part chaos—and 100% part of what makes this place what it is.

10 YEARS. A DECADE. 🤯

Some people come and go… and then there are the ones who become part of the walls.

This guy?
A constant presence. The kind of member who doesn’t just show up — he sets the tone.

Dad life, busy life, still finds a way to be here — early mornings, late classes, doesn’t matter. If there’s a class, chances are… he’s in it. With a banana and a side of tacos, too!

He’s the wise guy with the perfectly timed comment.
The funny man who keeps the room light when the workout isn’t.
The hype man who’s louder for everyone else’s PR than his own.

10 years of consistency.
10 years of community.
10 years of making this place better just by being in it.

We don’t say this lightly — gyms don’t feel like home without people like you.

Cheers to 10 years… and we’re not even close to done. 💪🔥
