Sensei Colin West has been practicing, and Teaching, Aikido, for over 47 years, here in Ottawa. Sensei West is currently teaching private classes upon request. Sensei West is also available to teach, General Aikido Seminars, and also for his exclusive, "Defenses Against Kicks Using Aiki Principles Seminar', upon request.

2024 was a landmark year for me and the Dojo. 50 years of Training in and Teaching Aikido. 40 years since the inception of my own Dojo. I look forward to a great '25 and hope to do a few Seminars/Workshops this year. Will keep everyone informed. Have a great New Year everyone !

I am hoping to start doing Socilly distanced weapons classes yhis coming weekend. We will be practicing outside in Laroche Park. Sat or Sun are both good for me. Any one interested ?
