Thank you to the François Dupuis Recreation Centre for welcoming us to their facility for SuperKids Tri on June 27!

FDRC is a cornerstone of the Orléans community, and it's much more than just the beautiful pool where our swim will take place. The facility also features a rock-climbing wall, full gymnasium, weight and cardio rooms, a sauna, and programs for all ages and interests.

If you're joining us for SuperKids Tri, take a few extra minutes to explore everything the facility has to offer. We're excited to work with such an incredible community hub and can't wait to see hundreds of young athletes racing there this month!

We may have gotten a little carried away with the finisher medal this year...

Every athlete who signs up for SuperKids Tri will earn this awesome finisher medal! It's officially the biggest medal we've ever made, which is pretty funny considering this is our youth-only race.

Registration closes Tuesday, June 23 at 6:00 PM, and we're already 90% sold out. If you're looking for a fun, active way to kick off summer, this is it!

Our second pool swim triathlon of the season is coming up on June 27, and this one is just for youth athletes!

The SuperKids Tri is open to anyone under 13 and is designed to be a fun, safe, and confidence-building introduction to triathlon. With 5 different race distances to choose from and a fully closed course, it's a great fit for athletes of all experience levels.

Whether your child is looking to complete their very first triathlon or they're already a seasoned race-day veteran, there's a spot for them on the start line.

The results are in, and The Early Bird event got two thumbs up (don't risk riding with no hands to show us that second thumb).

We had great weather, big smiles, and lots of spectators on course all day. Thank you to everyone to came to spend their Saturday with us at the race.

Early Bird bib pickup is TOMORROW from 3pm–6pm at Carleton University, Parking Lot P7.

Here’s your chance to:

The Early Bird Event is this Saturday, and here are some last minute reminders.

The transfer deadline is TODAY at 6pm. If you need to change races, or defer to a future 2026 race, email [email protected] before the deadline.

Bib Pickup is Friday from 3pm to 6pm, at Carleton University, P7. You can also pick up your bib on race morning, anytime after 7am.

To be race-ready, make sure you watch the Virtual Orientation and read the Athlete Handbook on the website. It has all the up-to-date info!
