Capital Combatives Martial Arts Training out of Carleton University Athletics Center we have the privilege of teaching Martial Arts

We are believers that every Martial Art has something to offer and learning from them can only make you better. Our philosophy is that if we train with someone we should always be learning a lesson. Whether it is a new way to punch, kick or take someone down there is something to take away. Our hope is that through connecting with Martial Artists around the world we will break down some of the walls and help foster a stronger community over all. We also teach out of Carleton University in Ottawa on Mondays and Wednesdays. Since we are always going to seminars and events make sure you check out our calendar. Instructor Samantha Fransham excels at Close Quarter Combat and Weapons work. Instructor Martin Fransham has a great striking game and love the clinch and throw. Capital Combatives Martial Arts is affiliated with S2 Strategic Defense under Nik Farooqi.
