IRON NORTH IS 11.

Eleven years. That feels both completely impossible and like we’ve been doing this forever.

We’re celebrating all week, Tuesday through Friday, with something a little different happening every day. And we’re kicking things off tonight!

Over the weekend, we quietly took a moment to remember our sweet, beloved team member, Allan. It was fitting the anniversary of his passing occurred over Ironman Canada race weekend - an event he no doubt would have been part of.

Although it has been six years since his passing, Allan’s spirit permeates everything we do. His support in his life and the next is the silent backbone to our purpose. He was such a special part of our community and team and we will forever remember our gentle giant.

Sending extra love to his partner, kids and grandkids this week as they hold his memories close and appreciate the legacy he left behind, which we continue to honour and pull forward.

It’s ON!!! 10 years of coaching, races, highs and a few scrapes.

300 athletes, thousands of kilometres, forest fires, snow storms, tornadoes, global shut downs but one UNSHAKABLE feeling: crossing that coveted finish line after months of hard, hard work with 20 of your new closest friends. There is really nothing like it!

Our 2027 club is now OPEN for early bird registration or regular deposit (expect a sell out so you’ve been warned). 2927 is featuring a new tier to choose from and the classic programs and features you already love!

1️⃣ BASIC | Olympic - Half Ironman distance
2️⃣ PERFORMANCE | Olympic - Half Ironman distance
3️⃣ FULL IRONMAN | Any level training for IM Ottawa
4️⃣ TRIATHLON LITE | In-person sessions only, all levels
5️⃣ VIRTUAL | Program only + coaching

Basic = beginner to intermediate, no experience required
Performance = triathlon experience, chasing a goal
LITE = no program but wants the group atmosphere + fitness

Whether you’re taking your very first steps into fitness, building confidence in the gym, returning to movement with your little one, or looking for a supportive reason to keep running through the summer, these workshops were designed for you!

At Iron North, we believe fitness should be welcoming, educational, and accessible to everyone, not just people who already know what they’re doing.

💚 Intro to Fitness | July 4 or 25 | 90 mins | $60
💪 Learn the fundamentals of major movements, ask questions, and build confidence in a small-group environment.

💚 Summer Run Club | 12 weeks | $140
🏃🏾 A personal structured plan, weekly meet-up, accountability, and community for runners of all levels from 5k - 21.1k.

💚 Parent + Child Strength | 4 weeks from July 8 | $119
👶 Move, lift, laugh, and connect with your baby/child while building strength in a supportive space.
