Just had the awesome chance to cook an epic steak lunch for Sarwar, the networking guru and best accountant in town! This guy got the full VIP deluxe package: an espresso to start, a killer workout with some seriously cool gear, a warm shower, a deluxe smoothie, and finally a steak, sweet potato, and sautéed onion feast! Since Sarwar is such a beefcake now, I had to serve him a steak—Arnold would definitely approve! We joked about how he networks so much, but his neck doesn’t hurt thanks to our workouts. He Networks till his “Neckshurts”, then he works out so it doesn’t hurt!

Yesterday’s event hosted by Beyond Networking and Sarwar at Starling on 54 York St. was nothing short of spectacular. The multi-level venue, crowned by an incredible outdoor patio on the top floor, provided the perfect setting for an evening of mingling and networking. Attendees were treated to a delightful array of appetizers, setting a warm and welcoming atmosphere right from the start. The recent celebration at Sarwar’s incredible home in Manotic was nothing short of spectacular. The event, organized by Beyond Networking, was a perfect blend of fun, food, and friendly faces. The kid-friendly atmosphere was a highlight, with activities like face painting, an ice cream truck, and a bouncy castle that kept the little ones entertained. THE WEEKEND FITNESS PARTY!

We will have 2 fun group training sessions, one on Saturday the 20th at 11:30 and Sunday the 21th at 11:30! Come join us for one or all events! Burn some calories, activate your muscles, make some new connections, work hard - and then also relax! We will be offering deluxe smoothies and good company; who knows, you might meet some new friends; come out and mingle with the tribe!

SATURDAY aug 20th :
11:30 - Group Circuit Training*
12:30 - Yoga Class
1:30- Relax/Play/Hot Tub

SUNDAY aug 21st:
11:30 - Strong Man/Woman Workout*
12:30 - Relax/Play/Hot Tub

Come try out some of the new equipment Including all sorts of top-of-the-line gear such as the Rogue 1.2 sled, the Prowler, Battle ropes, Wheelbarrow, and lots of other great equipment!

Saturday: Train hard then relax, the best combo! Come power through a high-octane outdoor group circuit training with Yours Truly. Afterwards, we will have a Certified Yoga Instructor here to provide a private class. Celina works with people of all levels of experience. She will guide us through a beginner-friendly yoga session to breathe, stretch and improve recovery and range of motion.

Sunday: the Strong Man style workout for all levels, including all our best equipment. Challenge your limits and build strength with primal movements and personalized strength coaching. Beast Mode On!

We will definitely include the hot tub and heated shower for your enjoyment and relaxation after the workouts. Feel free to bring your bathing suit and jump in!
