Everything you want in life that you don't have right now will require something from you that you're not doing right now.

In order to go to the next level, you must be willing to leave behind some of the comfort you're holding onto today.

The stronger, leaner body.
The successful business.
The financial freedom.
The confidence.
The relationship.
The life you've been dreaming about.

None of it lives inside your comfort zone.

Growth demands discomfort.
Progress demands sacrifice.
Transformation demands change.

If your current habits were enough to create the life you want, you'd already have it.

The question isn't whether you're capable.

The question is:

What comfort are you willing to give up to become the person you're meant to be?

If this hit you — good. It was supposed to. Let’s do something about it right now. Comment ‘RESET’ and I’ll send you the first step.

Don't underestimate the pain that made me.

It's easy to look at the results and forget the battle that came before them.

The pain.
The failures.
The heartbreak.
The nights nobody saw.
The moments I wanted to quit.

That pain didn't break me.

It carved out a strength that couldn't be taken from me.

It's the same pain that fueled my refusal to be less than anymore.
The same pain that drove me to keep showing up when others walked away.
The same pain that pushed me to become everything they said I couldn't.

Every scar tells a story.
Every setback became fuel.
Every doubt became another reason to keep going.

So don't mistake my strength for luck.

It was earned in the darkness.

And I'm just getting started.

Your toughest opponent is the guy looking back at you in the mirror.

Not your enemies.

Not the haters talking weak-ass s**t in your social media comments.

Not the competition in your field, your business, or your sport.

Those are just distractions.

The real battle is against the man you were yesterday.

The man who wants to sleep in.

The man who wants to skip the workout.

The man who wants to make excuses.

The man who wants comfort instead of growth.

Beat that man every day and nobody outside of you can stop what's coming.

Win the battle in the mirror and the battles in the world become a lot easier.

Discipline isn't about defeating others.

It's about defeating the version of yourself that wants to quit.

Every. Damn. Day.

OPERATION 250 – CURD 4.0

The 60/20 Project is complete.

25+ pounds gone.
Body fat down.
Physique transformed.
The lightest I've been in 30 years.

Most people would celebrate and coast.

Not me.

I took a week to recover.
A week to deload.
A week to let my body and mind absorb what was accomplished.

Now it's time for the next chapter.

OPERATION 250 – CURD 4.0

Day 1

Starting Stats

272.4 lbs

16% Body Fat

58 years old

12-Week Goal

250 lbs

12% Body Fat

Leaner

More muscular

More complete

This isn't a crash diet.

This isn't about seeing how much weight I can lose as fast as possible.

This is a longer, smarter approach focused on body fat reduction, muscle retention, muscle gain, and bringing up the overall aesthetics of the physique.

The mission remains the same:

300 grams of protein daily

Daily cardio

10,000 steps minimum

Relentless consistency

Ball-busting bodybuilding sessions with the Iron

Recovery taken seriously

No excuses

No negotiations

Calories will be slightly higher than during the 60/20 Project, but still in a deficit designed to fuel training while continuing to strip away body fat.

The goal isn't simply to weigh less.

The goal is to look like a completely different man at 250 pounds.

Every rep.
Every meal.
Every step.
Every day.

Twelve weeks from now, I want the mirror to tell a story that the scale never could.

Operation 250 begins now.

The Iron doesn't care what I accomplished yesterday.

Neither do I.

Action creates momentum.

Start messy.

Learn along the way.

You don’t need the perfect plan.
You don’t need the perfect time.
You don’t need everyone to understand.

You need to move.

Most people stay stuck because they’re waiting to feel ready.

Ready is a trap.

You get stronger by stepping in.
You get clearer by taking action.
You build confidence by surviving the messy reps.

Start now.
Fix it as you go.
Momentum will teach you what hesitation never will.

No matter what happens...

Whether they were fans, haters, friends, competitors, or complete strangers...

When they talk about me, I want them to say one thing:

"That mo********er never quit."

Not when life knocked him down.
Not when he was broke.
Not when he was 400 pounds.
Not when addiction had its hooks in him.
Not when people doubted him.
Not when the odds were stacked against him.

He kept showing up.
He kept fighting.
He kept rebuilding.

Win, lose, or draw...

That mo********er never quit.

And in the end, that's a legacy worth leaving.

Disciplined & Dangerous.

When they say what you're doing is impossible, remember that's their mindset talking.

What's impossible for their limited beliefs doesn't mean it's impossible for you.

Too many people project their fears, failures, and limitations onto everyone around them. They couldn't do it, so they assume you can't either.

You're not them.

They don't have your vision.
They don't have your goals.
They don't have your standards.
They don't have your level of commitment.

So don't get it twisted.

The people telling you something can't be done are usually the same people who never truly tried.

Stay focused.
Stay disciplined.
Keep stacking wins.

Let them keep talking about what's impossible while you keep proving what's possible.

Disciplined & Dangerous.

Be Careful Who You Take Criticism From

Not everyone deserves a seat at the table when it comes to your life.

Some people criticize because they care.

Others criticize because your progress reminds them of what they're not doing.

Before you accept someone's opinion, ask yourself:

Have they achieved what I'm trying to achieve?

Have they walked the path I'm walking?

Do they genuinely want to see me win?

Would I trade places with them?

If the answer is no, their criticism belongs in the trash.

Take advice from warriors who have scars.
Take feedback from people who have earned your respect.
Take coaching from people who have produced results.

The rest is just noise.

Keep building.
Keep growing.
Keep moving forward.

Disciplined and Dangerous.
