Ottawa Outrigger Club The mandate of the Ottawa Outrigger Club (OOC) is to promote the sport of Outrigger paddling in Ottawa.

The club provides a forum for paddlers to communicate, will work toward establishing OC racing in Ottawa, and encourages people to get out and try Outrigger! Membership is voluntary and communication will be facilitated through this group.
