Kick and Glide XC XC Ski lessons in Ottawa area Kick & Glide XC offers cross country ski lessons for beginners to advance level skiers. We are located in the Ottawa area.

We offer private, group and family lessons in both classic and skate skiing techniques. Waxing demos and instruction is included in the lessons. Winter in Ottawa is long, snowy and cold, why not take up a new sport to beat the winter blues. Follow us on twitter for the latest updates on snow conditions, waxing info and technique tips. We are very flexible in terms of time and dates

of our lessons and we ski anywhere from the Ottawa Valley right up to the Gatineau Park, wherever you ski most and are most comfortable. Train for your first loppet or Canadian Ski Marathon or Winterlude Triathlon!! Join our Monday evening skate ski group in the Gatineau Park for a good workout with fellow avid skiers. Rentals available. Never skied before and want to try it? We can set you up with everything you will need and give you a lesson to see if you will like it! We also have a good relationship with local ski stores that can provide you with knowledgable staff who can choose proper fitting equipment and get you started.
