💥Player Spotlight💥

Congratulations to Jeff & Adam who were the two players chosen as MVPs for the Adult Development Club: Practice & Play on Friday!🏅

Jeff has been out at every session, the first session he was out even though he only had very minimal equipment, and shortly after (he must love hockey so much) he got himself a full set up! Jeff also waits at the boards at the end of every session and gives a fist bump to every player & coach skating off and waits until everyone is gone to follow behind! 👊

Adam was out for the first time, he worked hard the entire session, brought great energy to the ice, had good sportsmanship and played a strong 200-foot game!

These 2 players demonstrated exactly what the Adult Development Club is all about!

Minor Hockey Services We Offer 🏒

Tryout Evaluations/Sort Outs- if your league/association needs any last minute tryout/sort out evaluators, we offer different types evaluations.

We offer evaluations from the stands, where we observe the athletes and provide detailed evaluation reports and we also offer a more hands on approach where we plan out the evaluations and have our team on ice running the evaluations while writing the reports.

Team Development Programs for Players & Goalies- We offer team packages for player and/or goalie developmental sessions that have a progressive program that efficiently helps your players development essential skills by the end of the season just in time for playoffs!

League Wide Programs- We offer a hands on approach where we work with leagues/associations to make a tailored program that we can run on ice or off ice to meet your team's developmental needs!

H365 Adult Development Club: Practice & Play! 🏒

Aug 28th Photos! 📸

We had so much fun coaching these players for 25 mins while doing drills, then watching everyone practice what they just learned in a game to finish off the session! (as you can see from the photos, our coaches are all smiles being on the ice teaching you all)😄

We had an experienced defensemen try goalie for the first time ever in this session!

The culture keeps getting better and better each week, thank you everyone for making these sessions a great Friday night of hockey!

Looking forward to working with you all again soon (some tomorrow)!

Minor Hockey Tryout Prep and Conditioning Schedule! 🏒

**Update- Friday Sept 11th 5pm @ McNabb**

Get ready for tryouts and stay ready throughout the process!

Our Tryout Prep & Conditioning sessions challenge players and goalies to push themselves, sharpen their skills, and build the conditioning they need to perform at their best.

Along the way, our coaches will work with athletes on the skills, habits, and knowledge that can help them navigate the tryout and sort-out process with confidence, compete, and a better understanding of what coaches are looking for.

Whether your tryouts are coming up or already underway, we’ll help you stay sharp, work hard, and be ready for the next skate.

Spots are limited to 12 players & 4 goalies to allow us to give each athlete feedback for best results!

Congratulations to the Sibling Rivalry Zoé & Alexandre (The Fruit Guy) who were the two players chosen as MVPs for the Adult Development Club: Practice & Play on Friday!🏅

These two have been out every week since we officially launched the Practice & Play! Their love for the game is unmatched. The rivalry these two have on the ice is so fun to watch, this rivalry is what pushes themselves to be better and just have fun playing hockey together !

Thank you Alexandre again for bringing your elite level snacks, post game snacks always keep the vibes high and we appreciate your generosity !

H365’s Player Development Director & Coach Matt Denis created an easy to follow Off Ice Puck Handling Routine to help improve control, hand speed and your confidence!

Work on your puck handling skills 25-30 mins a day or even a few times a week, following this routine and watch the difference on ice! 🔥

Save this post so it’s easy to find when you want to improve your skills!

Try it out and let us know how it’s helped your game!

Tip: to track progress, take a quick video at the start and periodically as you go to fully see your progress!
